1. About the game

My Crunchy is an Android arcade game provided by Semy WEB GbR. Players can smash cookies, collect game items and use cosmetic skins. Crunch Run is a short optional mode with server-confirmed starts and result verification.

2. Fair play

Play for personal entertainment and do not disrupt other players. You may not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, overload the API, send malicious code, automate requests to inflate scores or deliberately falsify game results.

The server checks run eligibility and game data, but this is not a promise of absolute protection against modified devices or clients.

3. Player names and profiles

Usernames must follow the game's rules: Latin letters, numbers and permitted characters. Do not impersonate others or use abusive, illegal, discriminatory or personal content. The server checks username availability when an online profile is created or synced.

Coins and skins are game progress; they are not money and have no monetary value outside My Crunchy. Do not sell or transfer them outside the game's supported features.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the game available, but online services may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or technical issues. Server-verified Crunch Runs require an internet connection. Some local app features may remain available offline.

We may update the game and these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new revision date.

5. Intellectual property

The My Crunchy name, software, graphics, game elements and original content belong to Semy WEB GbR or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership. Copying, distributing or commercially using materials without permission is not allowed.
